All contest entries become property of KTRB Radio.
Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted.
Taxes, gratuities and all other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
All winners must be legal California residents residing within the following counties (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano & Sonoma) and at least 18 years of age unless otherwise specified.
Only one winner per household, per month.
After winning a prize valued over $600, winner will not be eligible to win any other prizes from KTRB for 1 year and will receive a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize.
All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the date won or will be forfeited.
Winners will be asked to provide proof of age, residency, identity, social security number, and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release.
KTRB Radio, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from, participating in, acceptance, or use of the prize.
By participating in any contest and accepting any prize, entrants authorize KTRB Radio to use their names, voices, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence for promotional reasons and winners’ list with no further compensation.
By entering in any contest, entrants authorize KTRB Radio to use their address, phone and email information for KTRB station promotional use, with no further compensation.
If the prize is tickets to a performance, KTRB Radio is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, promoter or performer.
For call-in contests; only calls to the specified phone number can win. KTRB Radio will not be responsible for errors, problems or delays in the mail, internet or telephone systems that may prevent callers or entries from reaching KTRB Radio. If a caller is unintentionally disconnected before their names and phone numbers have been recorded, another call will be taken for the prize.
Employees of KTRB Radio, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and participating sponsors are not eligible.
Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.
